Add Shock Sensor

Does anyone have experience with the Add Shock Sensor? It's supposed to be an add-on to our factory alarm that detects impacts to your cars windows, body and tires/rims.

I want to know if its worth adding or is there something better on the market. Rim and tire theft is going crazy in the Bay Area now days!

The website is http://addshocksensor.com/index.html.

Hmm interesting, never seen or heard of that before. But yeah the Bay Area is a hotspot for stolen wheels, especially those Accord wheels in the video.

add it to the hood latch so if the shock sensor trips, it will make the car think hood opened and turn on alarm

If the shock sensor is the type that triggers the alarm by GROUNDING the circuit...you can use this for reference. You will want to the sensor to ground one of the door switches at the fuse box. This will trigger the alarm.
