Have the following issues:

1. Mileage on odometer and mileage in Acuralink iPhone app do not sync up.
Car odometer read 6075, Acuralink app reads 6077.
- This is a known issue according to Acuralink Technology Support, or whatever they call themselves.

2. Using Acuralink app to look up address and hit Send to Car. Address randomly will not download to car.
- Acura is having Tech Support check the backend servers on their end and the TCU in the car. Will probably end up resulting in the TCU being replaced after they finish running their tests.

Anyone else have similar issues?

 

Acuralink to my iPhone worked for 8 months. Then about a month ago, my iPhone could not connect to the car for a report.

I had recently had a couple of software updates (for the transmission?) and my dealer suspected some of these updates may have broken the iPhone/Acuralink connection. My dealer could not connect with his iPhone either. The green Acuralink LED (located near the Acuralink button) was lit indicating connection the cell network was good.

The fix was to disconnect the car battery - which causes all systems to be "rebooted". The iPhone/Acuralink connection worked again.

 

Mine will connect to the car through the app and send destinations for awhile and then stop for a few days. I don't seem to do anything differently and it will start to work again. It's random at best. I'll mention it when I go for my first service.
