I picked up my new TLX this afternoon, and got my acuralink accounts set up and when I used the iPhone app, I looked at the vehicle status and saw the following:




There is nothing showing on the dash... And as you can see I have less than 100km on it. I am wondering if the Pdi forgot a clearing of codes etc.

 

Checked it again this morning after driving to work. All the errors were gone.

Weird.

 

This is a known issue from what I have read online. Probably a connectivity issue.

 

Called Support yesterday and they advised they have a number of related issues asked me for my Login Credentials which I hesitantly gave them. They gave me a Case # and said I should hear back in about 2 or 3 Business Days.
