Adaptive-Cruise-Control?
Hey guys;
Just wondering if anyone knows, if the rear brake lights are activated, when the ACC slows the vehicle down on the highway?
Sometimes, the braking is so deliberate, I'm thinking rear-end collision, if the brake lights are NOT activated automatically
Thoughts?

I thought the same thing and had someone follow me to test: yes - the brake lights DO come on.
Do they come on whenever the car slows slightly to adjust to a minor change in to the distance to the car in front, or only when you can feel the brakes being engaged due to a sudden change? I used ACC a lot yesterday and I kept thinking that if the brakes are engaged every time the speed is adjusted to adapt to the car I'm following, it must look like I'm riding the brake.
I was thinking the same thing. It works fine in traffic when I used it. But I feel like the system engages the brakes a lot, which I kept thinking it makes me looks like I'm riding the brakes and the car behind me is either going to hit me or hate me lol
