It's quiet inside and out. I actually attempted a few sound absorption mods in my 06 TSX, so it's quieter than most. But the TLX is much quieter in a very noticeable way. Was a very pleasant surprise. They did a great job with the design.

I transitioned from a much louder car to a 2015 TLX and I'm still getting used to how quiet it is. I find it amusing that I feel a little disconnected sometimes (where's all of the road noise and engine racket???).

Drive an electric car. ALl you hear is wind and tire noise. THen you realize how loud normal cars really are

I have to agree, there are so many times I come into the car after starting it with the remote starter. I press the start button myself and have to wonder if I've turned it off sometimes...SO QUIET!
