TLX does not start

TLX does not start

2016 TLX will nor start. Only 7500 miles on car.
Battery is fully charged and all other features of the remote work. When start button is pushed the dash flashes for a second but starter does not engage. Seems like it was immobilized.
Suggestions on a possible problem ?
Can it be started with a valet key ?
If so where is the key access located ?

how about if you put your fob against the start button and push? could be your fob battery.

I had a fob that was flakey even after I replaced the battery. I would have to smack it a few times before it would allow the push start to work. I just ended up switching to my second fob.
