Pretty sure I saw a TLX today.
As I was leaving the post office earlier I saw a white car with jewel eye headlights. As my mouth opened up as the car got closer and quickly turned to look at the rear. I couldn't determine what it was. If the traffic wasn't heavier than it was I would have whipped my TL around for sure.
And this is after seeing a post in the TL facebook group yesterday. Someone in the VA beach area swears he saw one.
So definitely be on the look out. I think they must be driving the TLX around the country making sure the navigation and technology is working properly.

It looked better than the RLX and it caught my attention to the point where I seriously considered turning around somehow and going after it. I've been studying the RLX tail lights in photos and the ones I remember seeing were not as tall.
The headlights are the main thing that grabbed my attention. I'm used to seeing them on the MDXs around town. It was white.
This is killing me that I didn't turn around and go after this car.

^lol that was the face!
I hate myself for not turning around and chasing it down.
Normally I have my phone ready for action because I snapchat all the time but I was too focused on trying to figure out what the hell it was during the 4 seconds I had to look at it.
This is definitely one of those 'pics or it didn't happen' situations.

My brother claims he seen a RLX about this same time before it's on sale date. We're in NC so I may believe it and may not. He swears the headlights were the ones I showed him though..
But I want to know why they were in NC.. I guess for the local dealership, testing the tech ect like said above.
I'll be on the look out as well. I'm right outside of Burlington.

Yeah everyone be on the lookout for the TLX. The more I think about it,..i don't think a RLX would make me turn like this car did. The tail lights were narrow unlike the RLXs tails.
I'm about to message the guys at my acura dealer to see if they will tell me anything.

Wait until spring arrives. I don't know about down south, but up here in the true north and frozen no grandpa is going to get out of his retirement residence to go pick up a reliable replacement for his dead Cadillac in the middle of winter.
PS. The only one I have seen is at a dealership. None out in the wild. Mid-day the local mall is packed with MDXs... trophy wives and cougars out shopping I guess.

"As my mouth opened up as the car got closer and quickly turned to look at the rear. I couldn't determine what it was. If the traffic wasn't heavier than it was I would have whipped my TL around for sure"
Meaning he was in heavy traffic enough time to pull out a camera and take a pic, and second like turning his head to look back at a car is any safer.

Well guys I ended up making it to the Atlanta auto show, and I took some pics of the TLX. I will post them here as soon as I get them on flickr.
And Acura, I was angry when I walked up to the display and you had dual partitioning action going on which completely destroyed the ability to fully enjoy how sexy the prototype is in person. I felt like moving the belt stands by myself and tossing them at the wall.

Here we go!
Well if I didn't see one the other day, I sure as hell saw the prototype today!..
It looks amazing in person. Very unfortunate it will not be available to consumers as is. -_-
During the show, I realized the RLX has two rows of jewel eyes. The car I remember seeing on the road only had a single row.
Here is a good shot of how much fail was involved with the display of the TLX. In my opinion it was one of the sexiest cars there but had the ultimate fail of a display. DUAL PARTITIONING. -_- When I walked up and saw the TLX sitting there like that it started to make me rage inside. I wanted to move the belt stands but didn't want to cause a ruckus. It was the most idiotic display there.

That's what I was going to say - well, the part about how it wasn't "double partitioned" when the first pics were posted. Probably got tired of the fingerprints. lol.

haha. Maybe that's what happened. The TLX was really captivating. When I was approaching the acura section I started power walking when I saw the red paint. My camera battery started to blink red too because of all the other cars I didn't expect to see. I was lucky to get those shots out of the camera.

I saw this on Instagram and thought I would share. I'm I incorrect in thinking it's a TLX? I see only one row of jewel eye lights.
