MaritzCX Survey
I received a MaritzCX survey regarding my TLX purchase in the mail today. Has anyone else received one? Don't know anything about them, is this worth responding to?

You spend too much time answering questions that are irrelevant to how you feel about the car, and too much time answering questions that give Martiz information about you.
Honda will be interested in knowing some simple demographics, like you marital and family status, income and so on.
But look at the Maritz survey...Honda doesn't want to know most of that. You're just setting yourself up for future phone calls and surveys.
Look around the Web. Maritz has many thousands of complaints on file regarding constant barrages of phone calls and ignoring pleas to be removed from the survey lists.
If you think Harris, Pew and Gallup are bad, wait until Martiz gets a hold of you!!

What bugs me about the Maritz surveys is that they're geared a little too much toward helping Maritz and a little less geared toward helping Honda.

Trending Topics
I have received two Maritz surveys in the last two weeks. The first was a marketing study asking about what my interests were. An incentive payment of $5 was included. I have not filled it out as I am not interested in receiving more junk mail from interested companies.
The second was the MaritzCX survey, which measures satisfaction with the car itself. This is the more relevant one for those interested in commenting to Acura about their car. I certainly have some comments about my Sport Hybrid.
HTH!
Edit: I must correct myself. The study I received two weeks ago was not a Maritz study, but a J.D Power survey that was indeed more marketing than anything else, asking about economic and magazine preferences and such. The MaritzCX survey I described correctly.
