What is the name or part number of these 2 bars? I tried to search for Lower Tie Bar but it is not it.
I got a 2015 TLX v6. I found mounting holes and the 2 black bars are missing.

It looks like #39 & 40 on the diagram below.
Search ebay on the supplied part numbers below to save big $$ over new OEM.

Sorry, I think I am looking for the wrong parts. I finally got to see the bottom of my car and there are these 2 threaded holes. Do you know what are they for?

Since it appears you have an all wheel drive TLX, my best guess is the below?
#4 on the diagram below, front sub frame stiffener?
Though, I'm not sure if it would fit over the exhaust from the angle of the picture.
