I talked to the sales manager at my dealership recently about the NSX. He said they have deposits from people now. He says the next step is to ask for a high 5 figure or low 6 figure non-refundable deposit. Then there is some kind of on line configuration the buyer needs to do to get their new NSX spec'd out the way they want it. I am not sure when they will ask for the larger deposit - probably towards the end of 2015?
Get TLX's by the way. both Tech's? (noticed no fog lights)

Thanks for the advice on the dealerships. I'll ask around.

The cars look great side-by-side! For those of you who think the black is nicer, check out the white in person, pictures don't do it justice. Not dissing the black - the TLX looks great in every color!

Hey now !!!! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and to be correct, you should have said "in my opinion, the white looks much better"
Honestly, all of these cars are gorgeous and luckily it's not the early 1900's and we have the option to choose different colors to our own liking.
Total disclosure, I've had a few white cars and they were beautiful. Got off on a tangent, but I hope we all love the colors we choose for our cars.

Agreed - something about how the lines of the car don't really express themselves in photos - but in person the white looks "bitchin" if I may say so.

Interestingly enough - the white should be faster. The colour pigments in the black will add a little weight (White on the other hand is white due to the complete lack of colour - so it's much lighter) which will slow you down a tad. Plus - the black will add just a bit more drag as the wind will "catch" the pigments on it ever so slightly - versus the white which is 100% drag free

I'm curious, doesn't it get boring having 2 of the same car at once? In succession I can understand (did that with my 3G), or having both with different powertrains makes perfect sense (like your R8's).

It's an excellent combination of quality, comfort, reliability, safety, and AWD performance. And it's miles better than my former 4G.

No clue how you got to that conclusion.

I got a second TLX just in case the first one runs low on fuel. Or in case I can't find the keyfob. (Someone is bound to quote this as their signature. )

Are you related to the 20 year old kid with the 458, FF, Aventador, GT3 RS, P1, Veyron that he just got?

^^ I hear ya...if you haven't noticed, I tend to do the same thing. I like to keep the mood on the light side as I feel there is already enough too much stress and anger in this world. I come here to relax, chill, exchange with great car enthusiasts and eventough people don't always agree with each other, we can still have fun and disagree respectfully
