I need some help on my 2018 TLX A-Spec.I was driving the car from work and i so happened to get a flat but didnt know i did. the car then displayed this message



So i pulled over and thats when i saw i had a flat tire. After i changed my flat and went about my way my car lit up like a christmas tree as shown from the photo below

So i was confused but i scanned the car and scanned the original codes that came up initially when i got the flat and this is what the scanner said



Any help is appreciated hopefully i could get this resolved soon since i drive an hour to work and 19mpg is not ideal

 

That warning seems to occur after changing a wheel to a spare tire. As far as I know, only the dealer can clear these system warning messages for you (you may have other warnings if you scroll through them) after you have the flat tire repaired and reinstalled.
