Take a drive by a nearby auto wreaker, should be able to pick one up for free.
That part is same for 1999-2003.

I called some wreckage yards but they said they are 90 percent sure theyll crack the clips so im out of luck. Dealers say i need to order the whole thing and get the clips alone. Should i just glue it? What kind of glue? Im not paying 100 bucks for that crap lol.

Try a you-pull-it junk yard yourself & see if you can get it off w/out breaking it.

Well if the dealer sells the clips separately, then it won't matter if the clips break off the used part. Get the trim piece from the junkyard, buy the clips at the dealer and use those for attaching the trim piece.

Sorry, i meant cant get the clips alone. The closest wreckage yard with cars like this are about a 40 minute drive. The middle clip is good just the top and bottom clips and noticed the rubber trim on the outside is missing
