I've only seen one and it was on the opposite side of the highway across a median. Suffice to say, I did not get a very good look.

I just saw my third one coming back from my cousin's wedding. I was sitting in the back of the jeep and said..'ope...that's a new TLX in front of us'. The tails looked pretty good. My brother said it looked like a bmw to him. Once we passed it I started looking at the jewel eyes. I am now not as impressed as I thought I would be. The hue of the headlights looked very similar to regular halogen once we were a good ways ahead of it.

If you parked your new graphite TLX in front of Life Changing Faith Christian Fellowship Church, I saw you as I drove by ...

Really?? Were the headlights on or the daytime running lights? I wonder if it was maybe just the angle or something... but they are mega ultra bright and in some angles they have a blue/purpleish hue. The full headlights on during the daytime aren't that great though.

Waiting for mine too. Should be here by end of next week. Couple of weeks ago I was also wondering why I haven't seen any TLX on the road. Then exactly 10secs later I see a car with bright LEDs approaching from distance out of the fog. Its was a white TLX! Looked sweet. Next day same thing, another white TLX. Drool...

For anyone with a tlx...park your tlx at night and turn the headlights on and start walking away from it and you will see what I'm talking about.

Yes. I turned all the way around and looked at it as we kept getting further away. It blended in with the halogen headlights so much that I wouldn't even consider getting a tlx. It must be something with the dual tier jewel eyes that the rlx and mdx are equipped with that make them different.

I've seen several from a distance and they definitely don't look like halogens. Others have also commented on how bright and bluish they are and how they are often flashed by oncoming traffic due to the brightness. were you looking through tinted windows or something? I wonder if the lights were super dirty or something.... strange

I drive 120 miles a day from Orange County to San Diego and I haven't seen one TLX yet. This actually makes me happy since I didn't want a car everybody else already has...
I have seen two RLXs in San Clemente where I live. The best part is when I pulled in right next to one to pick up some food to-go, and the RLX owner was walking out at the same time. We both looked at each other and and he seemed really interested in my TLX, either that or he was dumbfounded.

Surprisingly here in Irvine, part of Orange County, CA I've only seen 1! Parked in Diamond Jamboree (Asian shopping center) about 1-1.5 months ago. Since then NOTHING!!
Surprising since everyone and their mom either has a Mercedes C or E Class or in the Midsize SUV, the Lexus RX or Acura MDX's and quite a few Tesla's running around here too...

Bought mine on 08/30. Had only seen 1 since then until today. I went to attend a meeting in Dallas today and saw two within 10 mins of each other! One BWP and one SSM (both with dealer paper plates). Man, the white one looks killer at dawn when coming from the opposite site of the road! Them lights!!!

If you flip the high beams on, though, watch out.

My 3rd Ac
I bought a 2015 MDX last month, and when I was about to drive it off the lot there was a woman who had just purchased a black TLX about to drive off right next to me, but other than that I have not seen any on the road in Philly. I've only seen about 3 RLX's, but the ILX seems to be doing well here.

Saw my 4th TLX on the road today going to Chickfila. This one was bellanova white pearl and I slowed down so it would hopefully catch up to me as it was pulling out of a shopping complex. It must have turned onto a road because it never showed up in my rearview mirror after I went around a curve. Was disappointed.
I will wait until I see another tlx at night to determine what exactly is the difference between a mdx and a tlx jewel eye. Also,..ive noticed you can't determine if the headlight is running from the side of the car due to the design of the jewel eyes.

Just saw my 4th or 5th one... of course it could be a duplicate. Love them jewel eyes.

Saw a white one on I-77 in Cleveland yesterday. I also think I mentioned before that one of my colleagues has a Graphite TLX. They are definitely selling around here!
Headed to my dealer today to eke out a deal on an RLX hybrid, but will probably drive a TLX to do my usual pre-purchase due diligence.

I saw 3 on the way home from the office earlier.... 2 over the weekend. So far I've only been seeing the darker colors.

**BREAKING NEWS**
I would like to make an official announcement...I've seen 2 TLXs this week.
In my last post I was shocked that I haven't seen a TLX even though I drive 120 miles a day on the 5 freeway from OC to San Diego.
The first one I saw was black and it was in San Clemente off of Pico. Today, while moving about 10 mph in major traffic on the 5 south near Carlsbad, I saw a graphite v6. Looked brand new with dealer tags on it still. I passed him and he spotted me, then he got behind me and we drove in tandem for about 5 miles. I got a good look to see what my daytime running jeweled eyed headlights look like. They do look a little dim in the rear-view but I'm sure that is by design. Overall, the car looked great and I'm sure he thought the same thing checking my SSM out. Funny how that worked out...I'm sure if a TLX watcher saw both of us at the same time they would have been shocked!

I've probably seen 7 or 8. But, I live about 10 miles from my Acura dealership. When I pass there, I see a lot of them pulling out with temporary tags. So, given they rarely have any stock that I can see, they must be selling all the ones they get as soon as they hit the lot.

2015 TLX SH-AWD Elite BWP
I cross the first one yesterday to an intersection close to my home. It was a black one with 19" diamond cut wheels , I believe V6 . I didn't see if it was a SH-AWD. The only jealousy that I have is towards those jewel eyes...hmmm

Still ZERO for me although I'm starting to see the ILX more - or maybe I'm just noticing it more.
That said - I see a lot of Acura's on the road on a daily basis - mostly 4G TL's and MDX's with the occasional CL tossed in there. Lot's of BMW's too with a smattering of MB's. Rarely see an Infinity or Porsche.

Before today I had only seen about 3 or 4...then today I saw 3! 2 Black and 1 White (first white one I've seen on the road). The majority have been black, with 1 or 2 GLM. Still haven't seen an SSM (like mine)

they're popping up all over the place for me now... multiplying like ebola cases. KIDDDDDING... but I'm seeing a lot of them.

Saw another driving on Jamboree today. There's a lot of new Lexus IS'S in Irvine and the San Gabriel Valley.

I drive 750 miles a week on 3 highways near 5 Acura dealerships and I still haven't seen one yet!
I still see a lot of 3G TLs though, and it makes me nostalgic. But I love my TLX!

Finally saw one in person today in a parking lot. It was a I4 in black. To me, it looks definitely smaller than 4G TL. More like the G37 size. In my opinion, the styling is really NOT standing out like the Lexus IS. Besides the jewel eyes, it just doesn't look that special and less luxurious! I still haven't test driven one yet... so I hope it drives better than it looks!! Otherwise my next car might just be the Lexus IS.....

I am in the San Fernando Valley area of LA and thus far the only ones I have physically seen was one on display at the Hollywood Bowl entrance and another in a mall. I neither case did I think the car had much "presence" and even if there were some on the road I could understand how they would be easily missed since the basic looks are not that distinctive compared with many other 4-door upscale-striving sedans.
