Agm vs regular battery

Hi all, was looking into getting a replacement for my 2016 tlx 4cyl thru costco but on costco interstate site, they only showed agm battery available. I been using the regular battery (lead acid? )and been replacing it as soon as the warranty is over.
so question is, can my car use the agm battery or stay with the regular?

I'd recommend going w/ the AGM battery. It's a little more expensive was well worth it considering some of the battery related issues reported by some TLX owners in these forums. The last one I replaced was an Interstate from Costco for my wife's Odyssey which lasted about 6 years.

Thank you. I've been looking at this since morning, read somewhere about car that isn't equipped with agm originally might not charge properly and with mixed reviews that an upgrade to agm is worth it.

i might go with ever start from Walmart. 4yrs warranty vs 2 from interstate and 10 bucks cheaper lol.
