Went to Concord Acura this evening to put my deposit on a 2.4Tech Black Copper Pearl w/ Parchment interior.

I was able to get the dealer down to invoice on the car with 2-years scheduled maintenance thrown in.

The car arrives next week!!

Thanks for asking.. I got an email from the GM of my dealership, he said that the combo of BWP/Expresso SH-AWD Advance is supposed to go into production Nov. 11, delivery of mine is still unknown.

 

Wow, so you still have a while to go....But BWP with Espersso is a killer combo and IMO worth the wait..

 

still waiting for my BWP/espresso - but it's in town - next week for sure.

 

Congratulations! I got the parchment interior as well, but I got the Basque Red Pearl on the outside. I know you are anxious, but your day will come soon.

Car still hasn't arrived, the dealership advised me that it would arrive between today (02Nov) and the 6th.

 

Just received my TLX AWD just took possession of my TLX AWD graphite luster with Graystone interior ordered in August. Well worth the wait. Put the 19 inch wheels on. 245x40 michelins. Freeway sport + phenomenal

I am so jealous of you guys with the 19" diamond cut wheels!!! OK, I didn't want to spend an extra $3600 for the set of 19" wheels + tires so I cheaped out LOL (if there is such a way to use "cheap" as a verb! LOL!) but I do need an extra set of tires and wheels for our LONG and COLD winter here.... and I could not justify spending all that extra money for something that I will use for just 6 months per year! Sigh...

 

The worst part is the wait.

FYI, ours arrived on Oct 30 in the evening, picked it up Saturday. Ordered 10/18 but they had one in production that matched (2.4 Tech, Slate Silver). It had shown "In Stock" on the dealer's inventory on the website since 10/23, if that gives you any guidance. They tell me the cars go from Marysville to High Point, NC via train prior to distribution in NC, so we do have that extra handling time here versus a direct truck.

Update:

Concord Acura called me earlier today and said the delivery range was pushed back from this week to middle next week.

....just what I want to hear >

 

Seems that is somewhat normal. It happened to me and some others. The anticipation really hurts at times. Good luck.
