Car is a 2017 TLX , K24W7 2.4L at 170,000 miles. Oil change last month with BG109 engine cleaner, fill with PPP 0w20 and a can of LiquiMoly Ceretec.

I noticed after it has warmed up, the car makes a rattle or tapping sound when revving between 2000-3000 rpm. More noticeable on the passenger-right side when I'm at light throttle. Sometimes is a whistling sound also. Usually if I'm using the S+ mode around streets I can hear it constantly because I'm cruising right at that rpm range.

I have been worried that it was timing chain wear. I have startup rattle and am due to change the timing chain tensioner.
Or is it VTC rattle? Or pinging? In the tank I maybe have 1/4 of the tank with regular 87, 3/4 is premium 93.
Other theory is that its a loose exhaust shield and I could fix it by clamping it down.

Tapping is heard at 0:34 - 0:40 with revs between 2000-3000 rpm. Also notice at 1:38 when I stab the throttle, note there is a single tap as it crosses 2000-3000. Is the timing chain slapping? Aggressive VTC rattle? Exhaust Shield?
