10th Gen Accord to 19 A-Spec meet VADER!!!

Hello Guys! Im New to this Acura family! i just traded my 18 10th gen accord 1.4t Sport to to BEAUTIFUL BEAST! It was one of the hardest decision i ever made! I had so much fun with this Accord! but there just so many out there now the CA streets are flooded plus getting my rims stolen and other theft related issue is just not cool! Any suggestion on what i can start with this car?

I went 80% all around including the front windshield and couldn't be happier. had 35% initially but I missed being able to see the sexy red leather.

It was actually a hard decision for me! But freeway and street are just flooded with these Accords. I don't know if HONDA dealers are giving them away or what, specially White Sport there everywhere! The Accord was great love the looks, tech and the massive space but after my car was broken into, rims got stolen and a hit a run i just have to bailout! Even the Honda dealers (Cerritos) are telling me how much theft has been reported on these accords. I will sure miss it thou!

This A-Spec is no joke thou! the power and handling of this baby is just nothing compared to an accord. It's just a more solid car with a alot of premium feel. I enjoy driving it daily!

That is so true! The red leather just gives the car a charter. I was thinking on actually tinting the Windshield but never did because i'm always scared that it might be to dark? How is it from the inside?

it isn't dark at all from the inside. it's illegal to tint the windshield here in California but if it's light enough then no one notices. it isn't summer yet but I can tell you I never had to put a windshield shade on. whether the tint is light or dark the UV protection (99% I think) and heat reduction (47-49%) is the same.

here's my white A-Spec with 80% all around. has a slight blue/green color under direct sunlight.

Congrats on the new ride. Just out of curiosity, what are your thoughts on jumping from the Accord to the A-spec?

weird decision!
LOL

yes, Honda and Acura arent selling cars, actually...ALL auto manufactures are not selling cars...SO they are offering BIG BIG DISCOUNTS on everything.

on top of that, thiefs do not discriminate....They will gladly take your acura wheels to sell to an unsuspecting honda owner.

That looks really good! OEM style. Thank you for your input. Now im debating if i should go your way or more on the darker side. I kinda like that sun a little privacy protection. lol

Thank you! My personal opinion other than the tech and that aggressive front end of the Accord everything is just so much better. I like the simplicity of the tech center console of the accord rather that the dual screen but i know probably the 2021 would have the new RDX infotainment system. but other than that its a great car!

May the 4th EVERYONE! So finally got my tint. I kinda went for a little on the dark side lol! 15% For the back & 35% for the 2 front. Look really dark on picture but not much in person.

I vinyl wrap the front Acura emblem and the side markers. What do you guys think?

Thanks! I could figure out just how to do it since it’s so small. I did de-badge the TLX and it seems to have a cleaner look. Bought the vinyl on eBay and the fit it just perfect! The chrome around the emblem needs some penitence but looks so good after.

I’m still trying to figure out on how to back out the truck logo and the A-spec. Any suggestions out there??

plastidip spray. it's matte so you have to spray a glossifier after.
