you shouldn't have been charged installation fees... It's in the advantage program details.. Dealers absorb the installation costs.

Congrats!

I emailed my sales guy but (surprise) never heard back from him. I decided not to press the issue and just let it go. I still got a very good deal on the car and the decklid spoiler was gravy on top of that.

I opted for the wood grain steering wheel, $499 and I love how it compliments my black interior. I was told there were instalation charges but my dealer (Esserman Acura) waived them. I'd feel hustled if i got a "free" accessory then had to pay to install it.
