well of course you will need a backup camara and other dvd player. it this device would make dvds work with stock equipment, then the price would be way higher and everyone would be fine with paying more for just one item. that's why we are having a group buy. $200. for a device to switch the screen is not worth it IMO. but group buy price is ok.

Just call them
Just call them at the number they have posted in another thread. I spoke to Kim. Dom usually emails you back pretty quickly if you have a specific question.

i e-mailed dom and got a response in about 2 days.
So far i have found out, that for audio, you need to get a FM modulator, or direct feed line.
so, from my understanding, to get dvd player to work 100% you need one of the 2 above.

Hi yungwunn911
Hope all is well.
From past group buys the non plug and play usually ends at $125 and the plug and play $225. We can do the direct audio input for $110 or our own brand FM modulator which works excellent for $75. All our products come with a 1 year no questions asked warranty.
Thanks Dominic www.TVandNav2Go.com

it seems like the plug and play for the video is pretty easy to set up. how about installing the FM transmitter? how are you supposed to hook the device to the FM transmitter and the fm transmitter to the radio? sorry for noobishness, but i've never considered adding an fm transmitter therefore i know nothing about them. I definitely want audio with this if i'm going to spend money on this. if it costs $300 total (+pnp + audio)with good instructions on how to do this i can pay for it. i want to be the one installing it also if it's not too hard. i've had trouble in the past of mechanics breaking things in my car, being way too expensive, and not very knowledgeable- especially around where i live. not many people have tsx's down here too and much less have customers wanting to modify them.
