Will these rim specs fit a 2010 TL?

Hubcentric matters, so you don't get wheel vibration... and 5x120 on a 20x8.5 +44 will fit but it's not an aggresive enough offset...With that setup your wheels will sit way inside the fender thus giving the sunken battleship appearance and not the flush look you are seeking.

The wheels do not absolutely have to be hubcentric, but it is preferred. My wheels where intended for a BMW and the center is much larger than the acura's hub. I was going to get hubcentric conversion rings, but never bothered. As long as the wheels use acorn style nuts, they get "centered" when you torque down the lugs. I do not have any vibration issues.
