Will these rim specs fit a 2010 TL?

Sorry for the newb question, but will these 20" rims fit flush to a 2010 TL:

5x120
8.5
45MM offset
and do i have to worry about "hubcentric"?

Thanks in advance!

Hubcentric matters, so you don't get wheel vibration... and 5x120 on a 20x8.5 +44 will fit but it's not an aggresive enough offset...With that setup your wheels will sit way inside the fender thus giving the sunken battleship appearance and not the flush look you are seeking.

Thanks for the input! Don't know what a sunken battleship inside my fender is supposed to look like, but point taken.

See how much the wheels are inside the wheel well...gives it that so called name "Sunken Battleship" Spacers are needed to bring out the wheels and flush to the fender. You definitely do not want this look on our cars.

The wheels do not absolutely have to be hubcentric, but it is preferred. My wheels where intended for a BMW and the center is much larger than the acura's hub. I was going to get hubcentric conversion rings, but never bothered. As long as the wheels use acorn style nuts, they get "centered" when you torque down the lugs. I do not have any vibration issues.
