Wheels spec confirm

I got the wheel specs for the HB 29 wheels they will be 20 x 9J offset for the front will be +25 medium concave.
The rear will be 20 x 9J offset +20 deep concave on 245/35 Hankook tires.

The car has been lowered now on H & R springs.

Will this set up cause any problems? please to voice your opinion or thoughts.

Thanks,
Regards

it should be fine with a little fender roll and a good camber kit

I think that you will def.need to roll your fenders.

Then ask HB for some higher offset wheels. There is no way around it if the tires/wheels are sticking out of the fenders.

Anything less than +35 you might end up rubbing.

Like njsimons said anything less than +35 you might end up rubbing. So get wheel offsets of +35 or higher for those 20x9 wheels. Then you don't have to worry about fender rolling.

I am running a +30 offset for my front. I rub when going up driveways and turning at the same time. I would recommend going a little higher offset.

for your rear you will have a really hard time running a +20 offset and having 245 on a 20x9. I stretched 245/35 tires on 20x10 and i had to cut my rear fender lip to get the clearance i needed.

Just to be sure, +35 on a 20x9 wheels with properly sized tires (non-stretched) will not cause fender rubbing? Does that place the wheel flush with the fenders?

I'm in same situation, can someone confirm if safe to get 19x9 for square setup or 19x8.5. The offset is something I'm not too sure about but the worse cases no more than 40 offset.

To be on the safe side I decided to go with 20x9 offset +40 all around with 245/35. I am just waiting now for the wheels to come.

Without lowering the car it will be very close to flush hence you'll be riding 4x4. But when you lower the car if you plan to then +35 will have the wheels sit inside the fender. Note:The more one lower the car suspension the more the wheels tends to sink inward.

Yes, it is lowered on H&R springs, I will post some more pictures with the car sitting on a level ground, they are the same wheels as Djtanveer, I saw them on his car and he gave me the info to get them.

Great progress and looks good Recall. Love how those wheels being that color pops nicely on that black exterior paint. Concur you could have gone a little lower on the offset for more poke, if it bothers you for not being flush enough to your liking running spacers can help to fill the gap...You should start a thread in the photograph galley section with pictures from different angles.

wow. those wheels look familiar they look good. I see you went with different center caps than mine. congrats on the wheels.

BTW: isnt it cool how the inner barrel is painted black and not left with an unfinished look?

You went from bit aggressive to a bit passive on the offsets. 35 front and 30 rear should give you the look you want. so a 5mm and 10mm spacer should fix ya up. Other than that looks good

I'm running 19x8.5 42 offset squared and I'm pretty much slammed. I don't have any issues really except the rear when I go over a hard bump the rear tire rubs slightly against the rear bumper tab. I'm gonna get the tab shaved down but if you're not as low as I am there will be no issues. I'm actually considering selling these SSR's with the tires.. If you're interested we can work something out

Those looks REALLY good. I wasn't sure when I saw just the wheels sitting there by themselves, but on the car they look awesome.

Just out of curiosity I would like to see +10 more poke on the back and +5 on the front. At least this way you won't have to worry about rock chips on your rear fenders though.

I'm curious about the the price. Also can't wait to see side shots.
