Wheels spacer questions

Hey guys. So i have 2012 TL sh-awd. Im in the process of lowering the car with h&R sport springs. For now I like my stock 19" rims. I do want to add spacers but I really don't want to ruin any oem parts on my car. I've seen many posts with people having spacers and I've also read that people don't recommend them. Im thinking 20mm front and 25mm in the rear. I would also get hub centric as well. My main question is has anybody had any problems with spacers after a long period of time. Thanks guys

Bad idea. It's not worth it. Alignment issues, balancing issues, rubbing, premature tire wear, etc etc. not to mention dangerous. Wheels look better slightly tucked, not sticking out at a 30 degree angle with tires 2" too narrow for the rim. If I were you, I'd leave the suspension alone and get some 20's to close the fender well gap. Same effect without all the downsides of screwing with the suspension.

Looks like for AWD models, you would need to get the same spacers front and rear.

if done properly you should have no issues... untill you get a worn wheel bearing..

i would generally just stay away from spacers all together.
