Wheel Nut Torque 2010/11
I've got a 2010 and 2011 TL. Both are base models with standard factory wheels. What is the correct wheel nut torque spec? The only reference I can find in the owners manuals is regarding the compact spare tire. The manual says that should be torqued to 94 lbs. I assume the standard wheels should be torqued to the same spec. Is that correct?
All of my previous Acuras specified 80 lbs for wheel nut torque, so I want to be sure I don't overtighten.
Thanks!

^Where is this information from. After looking at everything I could find online, 94 is for the steel spare and higher than any other vehicle (with that size lug) with alloy wheels (VW 88). The specs from the TireRack don't even go that high.

The bolt pattern used to be 5x114.3, and the 4G is now 5x120.
The thread size used to be M12, and the 4G is now M14.
So the increase in torque spec may have to do with the increase in bolt size and the wider bolt pattern.
