What are your thoughts on this rims

I need some input with regards to these rims,i am thinking of upgrading to 19" and i am having a difficult time choosing between these two,
These are the vossen cv1

These are from MRR rims,Roderick Ruelta,i was kinda leaning towards these.

Could you elaborate about the specs being weak? they are 19 x 8.5 with a 35mm offset which is inline with what i need, there is not a hugh price difference and i had my mind set on the Vossens until i saw the Roderick.

for Vossen.

TBH, I actually considered that exact model/brand, but I couldn't seem to find a 20" that would fit my car. Love the concave look, I think it's the new "trend"...

Both look good but both are a pain in the ass to clean unless you have lots of time on your hand and sit there and clean each one of them especially the MRR my lil bro have that don't get me wrong look hella good but after the first or second time cleaning it he complain everytime after that and it get to the point he just only clean the face of the rims and not the side of the spoke or he just bring it to the car wash place lol so GL my fellow TL buddy..... If it up to me if you wanna go for the easy cleaning the Vossen but if you wanna go for the looks i go with MRR

Ehum, Wheel style is typically everyone's first consideration when selecting new aftermarket wheels, because most wheels are purchased for their different-than-factory styling. This helps personalize the vehicle's looks, but usually doesn't help with handling. After that people want them to fit properly with functional requirements of wheel diameter, width and offset that are right for the vehicle.

However, most people neglect the role that wheel weight plays in determining the vehicle's overall ride, performance and feel. IMHO a wheel is just a lightweight platform for the correct tire.

SO AZNGSTER^, weight is an important factor is this decision.

I understand the weight of it matter. BUT the point I'M trying to say is do your own research and give him an answer and explain which one YOU WOULD GO WITH AND WHY. To better understand what i'm trying to say is READ my post and ask yourself is that an question or an answer for HIS QUESTION

Okay guys no need to get in an arguement,i appreciate everyone's input and i consider them because everyone has a different perspective and sometimes the opinions i get is something that i may have overlooked.I will be sure to inquire about the weight before purchase,i do believe that they are both heavier than the original,if it is just a matter of a few pounds i will more than likely overlook it.
Azngstr you have given me good info about the cleaning that i actually overlooked,i agree with most that is said here and that is why i am having a difficult time choosing, thanks to all.

The first photo looks good - don't know if you'll be able to tuck those wide wheels in the back of the 4G - but anything is possible with time & money. Good luck - these are my favorite vossens. I would LOVE to see them on a 4G - bet they would look great.

A bit on the heavy side as compared to an RJ legend, for example, which is 24.6lbs for a 19" x 8" with a 45mm offset. Stock 18" must be about the same 26-28lbs.

Those wheel are HEAVY!! I agree that the weight of the wheel is a very important factor in the handling of the car. TSW makes 19x9 wheels that are sub 22lbs... That's 8 to 12 lbs less a wheel x 4? That's a huge difference in unsprung wheight, something to consider for sure...

Correction on weight

Vossens 28 lbs

Roderick 28 lbs ,apparently the 34 lbs was the shipping weight.

It's a shame the Vossen is such a heavy wheel. Even at 28lbs. you can do 5 to 6lbs better per wheel. They sure are sweet though! One of the best looking wneels for the 4G in my opinion.

i would def choose vossen but a different set i believe they are a great look for 4g.i know some ppl would disagree with me but the weight of the rim doesnt really matter to me because obviously your going for looks so who cares about performance. i am also considering vossens but 22s actually(yes 22s) going for that mean stance...rollling fenders, strech tire all the works lol

Another thing to consider is that the wheel will most likely be an 8.5 or 9 in the rear and the face of the rim might not be concaved..... You might want to give bosses a call before ordering those wheels if your going for the concaved look.
