Question for winter setup
For a 2011 SH-AWD.
I was checking out Tire Rack for a set of wheels and tires and then found these on Craigslist. http://buffalo.craigslist.org/pts/4111335236.html
Before I pull the trigger, I want to make sure they will fit without any problems.
Lug pattern matches: 5x120mm
Wheel and tire measurements match what tire rack spec'd out: 17x7.5 - 225/55R17
TPMS: 315 mhz
I'm pretty sure those are matching, am I right?
Next question is if the TPMS will work with the car. The 315mhz is the same as what Tire Rack matched for me. Does it have to be matching OE part number or does the mhz just need to match?
Should this setup work without any problems?

Also, should I confirm what the offset is and any concern with them not clearing the stock calipers?
ETA: Also, will base TL wheels (09-12) fit on a SH-AWD car?

Should work great.
Just make sure to take them into a tire store and have them spun (before you buy) to make sure they are not out-of-round. You will never see slight imperfections unless the tire is mounted on a balance machine and you have a reference point to compare with. (Who knows if the current owner jumped the curb or a log in the snow)

Thanks, guys. I suppose I'll have to convince the seller to agree to have them spun.
How much do tire stores normally charge for such a service?
