Question on offsets and bolt pattern

I'm looking to get new rims for my TL this summer and looking to go with the Niche Carini, Verona or Lucerne. I am currently running the Niche Milans which I have had on the car for the past 3 years.
They are 20x10 with a +40 offset.
Ive been looking for the Carini, Verona and Lucerne in the same size and offset but not all of them come in the same +40 offset, and if I do its the wrong bolt pattern. Was I lucky to find that offset in the Milans? Actually I bought them off another forum member that never put them on his TL so I lucked out.
If I cant find the +40 offset then what would be the next best offset? I see 35, or 38 but not 40. Is the offset based on the rim design? I am lowered on Teins SS and I dont rub unless i hit a big dip or people in the back but thats rare.

+35 will be just fine. Not too great of difference and should be fine on dips.
