Are the 2012 TL sh-AWD tires filled with nitrogen?????

Green valve cap = yes.
Black valve cap = no.
Silver valve cap = can't tell.

The best way to find out is to ask the dealer who sold you the car.

How much of a difference would it make by having nitrogens?

Not much, unless it's for airplane tires that have to go through extreme pressure and extreme temp conditions.

The difference is that your tires will hold pressure longer.
