New 2013 SH-AWD - Wheel questions.

Just picked up a GLM 2013 SH-AWD with low miles about a week ago, my previous 2012 CBP was on lease so I didn't mod at all, but this one will be different.

I already purchased several things, one of which that is incoming is a set of TEIN SA coils.

What I want to run, and will be purchasing fairly soon is a set of Rays Volk Racing G27 Prism 20x10.0 +42 5x120 Dark Silver.

I hadn't intended to stagger it, and was curious if this will look odd fitment wise, as there are some other sizes/offsets available.

Tires I intend on using are sized @ 245/35's, at least for this 4 corners setup.

I am certainly not comfortable rolling my own fenders, but I would imagine with a moderate drop I'll have to look for a shop in the Austin area that would handle it. I have done plenty of searching on the forums, but wanted to see if some of the more experienced folks on here could spell out any pitfalls I may run into and/or parts it would be a good idea to get ahead of time; EG camber kits...

If I were to stagger a Honda, I would stagger with the wider wheels in the front... not the rear.

Sounds awesome Schu, I'm gonna get a 12 up front and an 8 in the back for my Texas Winter set. I put deposit down, but it looks like it's going to be 4 months before they show up.

Here's what it's looking like so far:

are you sure its really necessary to run a 245 on a 10? from what i am seeing.. you could possibly get away with a 255..

when are you lowering? and what are you lowering it on?

it is probably much better for you to get the camber kit + coilover/lowering springs done at the same time to save money on individual installation and alignment.

Gonna be lowering it on TEIN SA's, I did make adjustments to a 255 on the wheel offset calculator after some more thought.

I'm still not sure if I 100% know what I need for the camber kit. I did find this:

Ingalls Alignment Kit - Excelerate Performance - Japanese and European Performance Specialists!!

There was a package deal with the adjustable control arm for 140ish, would that be all I need for camber adjustments or are additional parts required?

+1

The OEM 19"s come with 245 tires and have plenty of space between the tire and fender, so you would be perfect with 255s in all corners.

Awesome, thanks for the help guys. I ordered the rear camber/toe kit as well so hopefully it'll be all I need when the wheels do finally show up.
