Advice on a Squared setup

Will 20x10.5 +40 or +25 work on a 2012 SH AWD ? Car is lowerd

20x10.5 +40 would be the better choice. I would look into a 255 30 20 for the tire, you may not even need roll the fenders depending on how low you are. A 275 30 20 will work but you will definitely need a fender roll.

Personally, I would run 245/35 if you want to stay within same circumference as the stock wheels if you have 18" wheels of course. 255/30 will be a little bit smaller in overall diameter. 255/35 would be my second choice. And I agree you may not need to roll the fenders with +40.
