If your car got that messed up you can bet the rim was bent too. I'm dealing with that issue on my car now.

Suspension also takes a few hundred miles to settle. So if they did an alignment right after everything was assembled it may be off naturally by now.

The shop i went to was nice enough to spin each wheel and show me which ones were bent and where before repairing.

Good luck!

Then you should probably start by getting an alignment

What's crazy is my '09 sh does the same thing. If i let go of the steering wheel, it pulls to the right. I've rotated the tires, had them balanced, did a 4 wheel alignment and it still pulls.

Well, most roads are slightly banked to the right, especially the right most lane, to help with water evacuation.
I was on a long 3-lane highway - when on left lane, car pulled left. right lane pull right, center lane car drove straight.
The steering is very light on these cars, and it's linear throughout the high speeds, so maybe we notice it more.

OP, always request alignment sheet. ALWAYS. Otherwise, they'll just say it's good and send you off.
