I just finished changing the transmission fluid and noticed a red flashing light on the center display. The car won't start. I disconnected the battery and then reconnected the terminal and I saw the flashing red light again, The Car still won't start.

 

Your battery is dead.

 

That's the alarm system showing it's active, you need to unlock the car with the key in the door or press the unlock button on the FOB.
