Vibration from dash between 2000-2100 rpm

Vibration from dash between 2000-2100 rpm
I have a 2009 TL and there's this annoying vibration sound coming from the dash when the RPMs are between 2000-2100. It sounds as if the plastic is loose but I can't find anything loose, and it only happens between 2000-2100 RPM. Suggestions? Is this something that would be covered under the warranty it's still under?
