Is this a recall? Or do I have to have warranty to get this done free of charge? I've had the clicking and tapping for awhile I brought it back 2 separate times when I first got it for the sound but they never found what was wrong and didn't get fixed. If someone with knowledge can chime in I'd really appreciate it

It's not a recall just a service bulletin, so if it's out of factory warranty you will need to talk to the service manager for goodwill assistance or call customer relations.

I have both a constant rear deck AND the a sporadic sunroof/headliner rattle. Any luck with the roof/liner rattle?

Oh this is interesting! I haven't been on here since May and I noticed this bulletin. See my original thread here.

I'm pretty sure I'm one of almost the first, if not the first, to notice this clicking noise and reported on this. Well, if you read my thread above, you'll noticed that the dealer has done this TWICE and the noise always comes back after a few weeks. Maybe the gap was not big enough or the oil "wears" out.
Has anyone gone to the dealer and have this bulletin applied to their car? Did it work? I'm willing to give it another shot at another dealer, not that the first dealer was bad, they were in fact very good and customer oriented.
I'm still driving around with that clicking.
