Tachometer and radio lens

Hey, is there anyone on here who would be able to help me with figuring out the best way of getting rid of the residue accumulated BEHIND the lens on the tachometer and the radio lens? Any ideas? this is driving me crazy

It sure looks like armorall on the tachometer lens. On the radio - I have no idea, since armor-all would have to go against gravity. I bought the car like this, so I am not sure how those marks got on the glass... Any ideas?

yea you can clean it.. ive done it before.. all you have to do is start taking shit apart..

that is really the only way to get into the backside.. there is no "otherway" around it.

potmilkz, are you referring to the tachometer lens? How difficult is it to "take it apart" enough to clean it?

I am thinking of just ordering a new radio lens since i have a pretty nasty scratch on it.

Thank you for your replies.

I have never taken apart a cluster on an acura, but if it anything like a chevy was, the cluster was a pain to remove. Basically you would have to end up removing the whole upper dash to remove the cluster Correct me if im wrong anyone
