Anyone ever has issues with their sun visors not staying up? Mine hang down about an inch on the passenger side.

I was thinking about buying a sun shade, but I know they use the visors to hold it up and I don't want this problem to get any worse.

My car is out of warranty, how hard would these be to replace? Or is it recommended to take it to a shop? (is there a guide out there??)

 

I had that problem and the visor was replaced under warranty (for free). I'm not sure what the cost would have been outside the warranty.

I have a problem with the driver's side visor. It doesn't go all the way up when flipping it back to the head liner. It has a cover over the it that I just can't quite see good enough to figure out how to pop it off to expose the screws. If you figure it out let me know.
