Sun roof won't close

Sun roof won't close

It can open but it won't close unless I hold the plastic arm down. Is it just a matter of lubricating the moving parts.

Dealer took care of it. Lubed and reprogrammed it. There may be a set of reset procedures like 3G.

i know there was a thread about the sunroof here and I know some people felt that it was related to rain or moisture.

whenever i brought my car to the dealership, of course they couldn't replicate it...
