Steering Wheel Click/Noise

Sometimes when I'm slowing down to a stop light/sign or if I turn slowly, I can feel something that most resembles creak/click/noise on the steering wheel. I tried to duplicate it when stopped, nothing. But I did notice that if I put pressure on the steering wheel, like to move it up and down, if I really use strength, I can get it to do it again. I tried tightening the tilt and that didn't change it. It only happens once in a blue moon on the road but I can definitely make it happen when sitting if I push hard enough on the wheel. I still have factory warranty but I wanted to know if anyone has seen this before. I did some research before posting and some people mentioned electrical power steering making some noise but from their description, this didn't seem like that. The car is a 2013 TL AWD with 18K miles. Thanks
