Squeaky Center Console

Hello everyone!

I just purchased a 2013 Acura TL Tech, and it only has 8,000 miles on the odometer. From the first week of ownership, the center console has a squeaking noise coming from it when I lay my arm on it.

Is this normal or should I tell the dealer? Even if I do tell the dealer will they do anything about it or brush it off as wear and tear?

Bring it to the dealer. There's no harm trying to see what they can do about it.

I know this one! Squeaks are caused by the two sets of rubber stoppers. Just rub some Vaseline on the rubber things and you're set. It won't dry out either. Not worth a trip to a dealer.
