Looks like a small leak, haven't seen any stains on the floor.
Just wondering what do you guys think.

 

have you notice any difference in oil level when you check your dipstick? and it is hard for me to tell what part of the engine bay area that is.. I would say start with waiting until the oil gets hot to see if there is any leaks but first clean the area to make sure there is no oil to ensure it was not from a spill ..and you indicated that there are no stains on the floor so
1 clean the area
2 wait until the oil is hot to see where it is leaking from unless you catch it in the moment.

 

some oil seepage is normal. Clean the area and keep checking to see where it might be coming from.
