Help! So I went about changing my 2010 RDX oil like normal, drove up on ramps, pulled drain plug, oil filter and replaced plug and filter w/ Mobile 1 M1-110. Dropped 5 Quarts of M1 5W-30 oil in and started it up and backed off ramp. Put the car in park and when I looked underneath I am seeing a steady drip of oil coming from the oil filter housing. Did I overfill, break something, any ideas?! If the car is off, no oil leaks out. I'm about to drain and refill, but wanted to see if there are any other suggestions. It's getting late and not sure if I can find a new filter tonight.

Are you certain it is coming from the filter area and not the crush washer of the drain plug.
Thanks, will give it a shot in a few. I remember rubbing oil on the mounting surface of the filter, as I've always done that, but will take it off and examine it.
So turns out the oil filter I used did not have an O ring! I thought that it looked a little odd when I installed it, but totally dismissed it as, I'm just a shade tree oil monkey. I went back to O'Rielly's and bought a new Mobil 1 & WIX filter for comparison sake and you can see that below in the pictures. I also took a shot of the inner of the oil filter housing to see if there was a stuck O ring and the original Honda OEM filter I replaced. Thanks everyone!
Good new M1 & WIX oil filter I just bought 15 minutes ago
Bad M1 filter I used in the video's above & the Honda OEM filter I replaced

So now I'm trying to figure out how much oil I need to add. I feel stupid for asking this, but here are my current readings of a cold engine on level ground.
Honda filters are junk, soft canister and thin filter media. M1 is good, he got bad one without o ring. You supposed to oil the oring, if he did that, he would notice
Ended up needing to add about 3/4 quart. No more leaks.

I did rub oil around the surface of the oil filter, I (obviously) wasn't paying attention and didn't notice the O ring was missing. Lesson learned!

It happens. I also always run engine for 5 min after changing oil while checking if it's all dry under. Better to discover leak while car on ramps and not on the road

If you look at reviews where people have cut them open, it looks like Honda filters are about middle of the road. If you think they're junk, just have a look at Fram!
For those of us that don't run extended intervals, Honda filters are just fine.
