Is the radiator fan multi-speed? 10 second cycle when using A/C…
I bought my 2013 TL in November. This summer I noticed when parked with AC on the car will turn on/off/on/off/on/off the radiator fan every 10ish seconds (10-seconds on, 10 seconds off, etc) and I thought it was kind of annoying.
My friend said his other brand car did that when the slower stage fan speed was broken so it pulsed the high speed instead.
Is the TL supposed to have a slower more-constant fan speed or is the quick fan cycles normal?

The reason for the reliability of this system is the use of only 2 elements relay and a motor. There are no speed controllers on both fans.
