I just noticed when I have my Air Conditioning on it blows from both the vents and the bottom near the footwells.

I know the first thing you are going to ask is if I checked the "mode" settings and yes I did. The arrow indicator is showing "air vents" only. I never noticed this before. Today I had on flip flops and noticed it. Is this normal? Can you check and see if your TL does this when the AC is on.

 

Check the recirculate setting on your AC. I believe this is the case unless it's set to "fresh" air.
