Passenger side interior window trim

falling down...time for warranty work..any other TL owners have this issue

I got outside silver trim going across the roof on the rear driver side right where there is a joint coming loose for some reason

What about the barf on the inside of my passenger door where the wife deposited her extra wine and cheese? Any fix for that?
