ok so this is a update ! on the crows feet on my roof of my 2010 CPO CBP tl sh-awd with 32,991 due to today "i bought the car about 4 weeks ago ", anyways i want to start by saying Acura of Peabody in mass are very unprofessional, very disrespectful and I'm very disappointed how they treated me. For one i talked with one of the mangers the other day and he told me to email or call him to make a appointment for my paint to get looked at, so i emailed him "2" times never responded back to me . so i decided to go there, and the first words that came out of his mouth was " i emailed you back " and i was like really when ? didn't say anything , so anyway move along into the story i get a appointment set for monday " today" and later on in the day i got the email from him " the guy is a lier for one ughh! " . so anyways i go there today to drop off my TL to have it looked at , so i have service consultant come out to ask me questions about whats wrong with the paint on the car and i showed her the paint problem on the roof . i told her right off the bat that this is going happen to the entire car sooner or later because this is a paint defect " and she said no thats not true " and I'm like are you a auto body professional ? she didn't say a word " like your not suppose to treat and talk back to people like that and then I'm about to leave and i say thank you for your time and i didn't get a word back . " AM I WRONG ABOUT THE PAINT IS THIS NOT A DEFECTED ? IS THIS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN TO THE REST OF MY CAR ? BECAUSE I HAVE PAPERS FROM A AUTO BODY SHOP SAYING THAT THIS IS LIKE A CANCER AND WILL BE A PROBLEM DOWN THE ROAD .

so glad california acura dealers take their shit more seriously..

i had the same problem.. was in and out within 30 mins of inspection... the inspector just came out, walked around the car, took a PTG reading and was ok to sign it off and sent me to get a free rental car. i was on my way after that.. took them 28 days to finish my car.. i told them to take as long as they want as long as it looks good at the end which it did. they painted all the metal parts and left the plastic parts alone which is fine because only the metal parts were the affected parts.
