Oil Seepage and clicking

Was under my '12 TL 6MT the other day and noticed oil seepage around the inspection panel between the engine block and transmission. I do not have any drips in my garage, but it looks like something has leaked out of it and saturated the area surrounding the plate. Has anyone seen this before?

Also, when I turn my wheel sharply left to right while moving, I hear a clicking sound from the passenger footwell area. It is not a continuous click like a CV axle would make. Sharp bumps at low speed also make the 'click' noise from that area.

Like i mentioned in another thread, especially to those with the 3.7 with oil consumption. Replace your PCV and see if it helps. The J series has been known to have the rear main leak, which is usually caused by the PCV valve and with replacement often times stopped the leaking.
