I own a 2009 TL with 140,000km on it. Lately I noticed that my windshield wipers sound a little noisy, it's definitely a static mechanical noise that is coming from either motor or other part.
Sound is the most noticeable when the wipers are going up and more quiet when going back. Besides this noise I don't see any hesitation or reduced performance.

Does anyone else have this issue with their TL? Any possible fixes beside replacing motor or other parts.
