Need help - steering wheel "pop"

Hello everyone, new to the forum but excited to join. Looking for some help on a recent issue that is happening with my 2009 Acura TL that has 135K miles on it. I've started to get a "pop" like feeling in the steering wheel sporadically. Unfortunately, it is inconsistent when it happens, and doesn't make a loud audible noise it's merely a "pop" like feeling in the steering wheel. So far I've taken the front wheels off, checked the tie rod ends, shocks, and springs. Tonight I'm going to check the ball joints, and bearings but I was hoping for any other guidance you all can provide me. Has anyone else had this problem before or know of how to fix it? I hope I don't have to pull my steering column but will if I have too. Thanks again! - abole254

I had that, My entire column needed to be replaced. It was like 1,700 for the dealer to do it.

Thanks Arcelyte. I'm going to check everything else out but if it comes down to it I'll be following in your foot steps.
