my cousin TL lost the remote but he still have the key , and he couldn't start the car. can someone help how to start the car without the remote.please thank you

 

For the keyless push-button start/stop system, you can't.

 

Unfortunately you can't without the remote. I know there's a reasoning behind this but I consider it to be a major design flaw.

 

thats why you get a spare? lol

what you can do is put that key inside the little socket next to the shift knob. then put it in neutral and tow that sucker to the nearest dealer so you can purchase a new key and set the key to the car..


but starting it without the actual FOB is almost impossible..
