I am currently on my third acura TL. I have owned a 96 tl a 06 tl and now am currently in a 11 tl . I never wanted to get rid of the 06 but i ran into issues with having to change engine mounts twice/gas line issue/then a squeaky noise coming from the car that the dealer couldn't locate. But they found an issue and had to change the steering rack .Then after all of that a week later when i turned the car on i heard this awful sound that got louder as i turned the steering wheel .Keep in mind the car was just rolling around 50k literally. So i gave up they gave me 15k for the car on trade in and i jumped into the 11 tl so far the only issue has been the windshield got a crack that literally came from nowhere but insurance replaced it immediately. I think i want to try another company i have seen some of you guys switch to bmw,audi,infiniti,even" pontiac?" . I am currently in the market for the new M37X or even the M56X if i can afford to get it. I know acura's outlast cars by a land slide longterm i am not to familiar with infiniti have never owned one actually never looked at them until recently ..TO get to the point if you could afford to do it would you just keep your tl or go for the M?

With the luck you have, I would switch to rentals.

 

I owned an '05 TL and now have an '12. I think you should stay with your '11. I looked at all the others from infiniti to BMW and quite frankly you just don't get as much with those vehicles. If you truly love one of them and can live without some of the perks of the TL, then go for it but I recommend stay acura.

 

lol i forgot i even started this thread. I was a new b to this forum and forums period .

But i still have the TL didn't make that switch looked into it even looked into the BMW's & G37 coupes but at this point i am happy with my TL & won't be changing any time soon & even when i do eventually get another car i will probably still keep the TL.
