Lique Moly ATF1200

Hello ladys and gentlemans, has anyone tried pouring Liqui Moly ATF 1200 instead of Honda ATF-Z1? Two weeks ago, I completely replaced the Honda ATF-DW1 with Liqui Moly ATF 1800 in 2013 RDX, now the car cannot be recognized, all the jolts and twitches have disappeared, this automatic transmission has never switched so smoothly. Now I'm thinking of making a complete replacement for 2009 TL.

Z1 was superceeded by DW1. Make sure fluid meets DW-1 requirements before swapping.

The DW1 is inferior to Z1 in all characteristics, Honda switched from Z1 to DW1 solely to save fuel and reduce the resource of the automatic transmission. They also began to use 0W20 instead of 5W20 to save fuel and reduce engine life.

Kinematic viscosity, viscosity index, viscosity at 100С, acid number, flash point. The DW1 is suitable for people who get into a car in frosty weather, start up and drive right away. For those people who love their Hondas and want them to drive as long as possible, only Z1 is suitable.

I usually stay away from commenting but your string of statements begs for it...

1) Your title thread starter misspells the name of the product. This isn't a Spelling Bee, but at least get the name right.
2) Your stated run time is a mere 2 weeks. Hardly enough time to see the benefits that you're claiming.
3) You state that automakers switched to 0W-20 to save fuel (true!), then add "to reduce engine life". No automaker/enginemaker wants to reduce engine life. If you have facts re your statement then let's hear them.
4) You claim superior performance re a list of Performance Parameters. Transmission makers engineer their products to work within certain industry accepted parameters. Lubricant manufacturers gear their offerings to MEET those parameters. Usually there are no significant gains (performance or longevity) in exceeding the specs. Which "exceeded specs" to you believe contribute to your observed benefits.

Liqui is a quality lubricant/specialty manufacturer based in Germany. They've been around for 50+ years. They're good but they're not miracle workers. Its good to hear that you like their products, but lets stick with facts.

My background - 37 years in the Oil Industry with a very large multi-national company. Responsibilities in Marketing (we blended and sold the stuff), Refining (we made the stuff), International Supply and Trading (we acquired and moved the stuff around the world). Concluded my career in a research center.

If I'm off base, then I'd like to hear which statements you feel are not correct.

1) Thank you for correcting me captain, I noticed this right after the publication and have no idea how to fix it. 😄
2) I did it two weeks ago, because my friend did it 5 years ago and I thought that Honda oils are of high quality, but I learned the opposite..
3) You are right, every manufacturer wants cars not to break down and people do not buy new ones, because auto manufacturers are not interested in selling cars and making money, automakers exist for the word "Thank you", and people who work there receive "Thank you" instead of money. It was sourcastic.
4) I asked for advice from people who changed the Z1 for ATF1200, and I'm not going to argue with someone here, I don't need it. I just think engine oil from Honda is not the best quality, just like Honda automatic transmission fluid.

Best performing product in Honda AT was Redline D6, D4 fluid. This one is very comparable but costs much less. I am using this Fluid in Lexus 6-AT,Nissan-Jatco 7-AT, and Acura 6-AT,5-AT.
Will be sending in my Acura's fluid sample for testing in near feature.
